That is exactly what the professionals do.
They buy on the dips.
However, buying can happen at all kinds of prices when a stock goes
down for no reason at all.  For example, when a good stock gets
dragged down because their other companies in their sector went down
or the general market went down.
I see it as an opportunity.
Especially when you consider the difference between here and the
target price of 650.

By the way, I suggest buying in increments.
So, as it keeps going up, you keep buying more in increments.
There are advantages to doing it this way if you think about it.

I was hoping Google would go down a little bit at the end of the day
yesterday when I saw that the market was going to retreat.
Unfortunately, not only did google barely go down, but the market did
not retreat as much as I thought it might when I saw the signals.
Maybe, I will get lucky this morning.  I'll be happy with any kind of
dip in google's price.  Even if it is 1 dollar.
