yes, you are right ..... much more transparent and interesting this
CNTF ...... my family is more in solar and probably will exit from
ctdc and add up on YGE, CSIQ and partially in LDK ..... I will check
for a while CNTF ..... maybe on a personal basis ..... I may join you
on it.

If you plan to go into consumer electronics/gaming business, take a
look at CNTF. The manager Defu Dong seems to be much more modern and
agressive. I like his style and his ideas. And he keeps us informed.

They seem to get some exciting stuff started. take a look at the
newsflow and calculate a bit on the numbers. Could very well double or
even trible before year end.

quite interesting move up towards higher levels ..... guess some good
press realease is coming out in few days .... CTDC is a "king share"
for insider trading investors ..... management does not provide
community with targets, outlooks etc but insiders have all these infos
and can anticipate their trades .....

CTDC is one of the most untransparent company listed in US ..... if
management was transparent, CTDC would attract 10x the investors they
currently have in their stakeholder base

It was a while CTDC not experiencing pre market activity ..... is it a
good sign ?

it's not a matter of terms and conditions ..... if we don't have any
outlook from management ! This company has in theory great potential
but in concrete, real terms, this management does not communicate to
market and investors what really matters to them ..... business plan,
business targets, goals, expected revenues, sale contract signed, if
any, backlog orders, etc ..... in few words, zero visibility on how
the company is performing in the solar arena ..... it's a start up,
but particularly startuppers should be very transparent and put
targets in front of them, as to allow invetment community to measure
if management is capable ...... I would have been much more willing to
add and invest in this company if management was more open with
investors and financial markets ...... since when I don't see a
significant change in management attitude, I am more on sell side than
buy side

Is this a good or bad thing for the stock ?
Is this money for CGHL or CTDC ?

And what are the consequences if the stock price go above $3.06 before
the emission of those notes ?
Is it better for them to maintain a stock price under $3.06 until
emission ?

reiterate my previous comment .... and now would add .... along with
solar city and with mongolia world largest 1GW solar project ..... is
there any revenue for CTDC or only costs  ?

or all these "no other details" are simply meaning that CTDC will need
to invest its money to deploy its own technology given that no third
parties are buying/paying for it ?

simple ..... it's a party only for Insiders ..... management and their
fellows .... no infos ..... no party

After the last news yesterday between Qinghai New Energy (Group) Co
and CTDC +5% at the opening and close near 0%.
And today -5% ??

There is no volume yet in this stock today too.

And the news have not been reported in their website chinactdc.com

my friend .... this company is without a mouth .... you need to look
and study .... sky and stars to try and forecast what will happen in
CTDC, with our equity .... goodluck ... hoping next year these guys
disclosing to everybody what they achieved and not achieved

Hi, Does anyone have news from shareholder convention on Dec 8th?

I have same feeling but at same time I am tired of my feelings and
look forward to get soon from management, the sooner the better,
budgets and real numbers.

Convinced that a "normal" listed company should provide on a regular
basis management financial&business goals as to keep investors well
informed as to be able to self-judge where they are invested and why
they should keep themselves invested .... investors need to know and
assess the risk/opportunity equation .... if Investors are not given
infos & numbers to elaborate on such equation, they simply would sell
rather than buy
