my opinion ?

it's not a matter of terms and conditions ..... if we don't have any
outlook from management ! This company has in theory great potential
but in concrete, real terms, this management does not communicate to
market and investors what really matters to them ..... business plan,
business targets, goals, expected revenues, sale contract signed, if
any, backlog orders, etc ..... in few words, zero visibility on how
the company is performing in the solar arena ..... it's a start up,
but particularly startuppers should be very transparent and put
targets in front of them, as to allow invetment community to measure
if management is capable ...... I would have been much more willing to
add and invest in this company if management was more open with
investors and financial markets ...... since when I don't see a
significant change in management attitude, I am more on sell side than
buy side
