I  agree  with  sam. Things  are  getting  worse  year  by  year  for
TBV  and  the  most  frustrating  thing   is  that  the  management
do  not  care   about  it.
Fortunately  my   move   to   EVGY.OB   a   couple  of  months   ago
was  wise  and  i  did  not  regret   it  all.  EVGY   moves  to
AMEX   soon   too  for   those  who  do  not  trust  the  OTCBB
stocks.

I  nibbled   some  HKRS.OB    too  but  i  ran  out  of  dry
powder.

I'm sorry this co. is now poor in the cash it paid 64M to by the
shares of the company owned the Realestate and there are another 160M
on debt un known as to the payment plan on the properties. Read
carfully the details of the 220M deal.

this compnay is rich in term of cash. yes there is no any signifegint
growth in their sales in fact we witnessed drop.but, once they get the
direct selling from the government this will rebound for sure .. when
it comes to the third world countries .. u must wait it will takes
some time and we are already at the end of this journy believe me.

What we see in the last 2 reports is dramatic drop in sales an profit
without a word about any efforts to turn around. In the other hand we
see this company expanded dramaticly in the realestae they bought
lately and again no info to the share holders about what they plan to
do with this R.E.

It seemed they care less about the share holders, and using the shares
to sell and take the money and pay for their R.E. venture. If I guess
correct the spiral down to penny stock is coming close.

This company constantly does not disclose special events correctly
only months after the events see for exmp. the Gov. hold on thier
export in the begining of Q3 reported toward the end of 2007.

I do not buy the story of buying R&D company with the R.E.

The only little light I can see there is a chance they will sell the
falling Health and COS. business before it will go down the tube.
