Said it would be paid on the 30th well that was a week ago, not that I
am dying for my 50c a share but it doesn't seem like everything is

Three questions:

You do understand that the April 30 date was the company's payout date
for the dividend on the Brazilian traded shares?
You do understand that you own an ADR for the Brazilian traded shares?
and finally
You do understand what an ADR is?

The payout will be more like $1.62 and will be paid when the Bank of
New York Mellon disperses the dividend it receives as the depositary
of the Brazilian traded shares.

Yes, but I didn't know it had to go through a Usa
clearing house, thanks!

                  Yes.

I guess I am a bit foggy on this one, I was
thinking it was like a an etf tracking the performance of the actual
company...am I close?

I thought it was 1.62 BR which is around .50c USD

and will be paid when the Bank of

                  Thanks for the great info!

Each ADR CPL represents 3 shares of CPFE3 on the Brazilian exchange.

The dividend payment is 1.262952547 BR per share of CPFE3 or three
times this amount per ADR

JP Morgan, which is not a "clearing house" but rather the depositary
as in American Depositary Receipt(ADR) has also just announced the
payment of $1.7356 per ADR to be made on May 11.
