  I guess the market thinks that JRJC is only worth the cash they have &lt;br&gt; in the bank, $4.35/share + an estimated $0.21 for this quarter. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;These are odd times we live in, at this price maybe JRJC will buy back &lt;br&gt; some stock but with the markets reacting the way they are that would &lt;br&gt; probably send the stock even lower, because they would have less cash.

  i&#39;m not so sure, a take-over is just a possibility, and competition &lt;br&gt; harms JRJC&#39;s earnings. &lt;br&gt; nevertheless, JRJC grows too fast, has a too low P/E and a lot of cash &lt;br&gt; ( and no debt ) for it&#39;s current share-price. &lt;br&gt; it simply makes little sense, and worse, people seem not to see that &lt;br&gt; china has the future, and the west has the past.
