Why did this fund not perform anywhere near as well as the TSX today?

I had the same question.. Maybe because XIU tracks the TSX 60 Index

Ya, I was aware of that. The only thing is that it seemed to be the
case that all of the iShares funds related to the TSX were underperforming that day, not just XIU. I did think about the ex-div date ... but I was under the impression that was March 30th, not March 26th so I was a little confused about that. On Mar 27, 8:10 pm, smail...@gmail.com wrote:

I guess I had the wrong date for the ex-div date, which is what
