China Netcom yesterday finalised the merger with China Unicom, and
posted the company's last ever financial results as a single entity.

As part of the merger, China Netcom has delisted from the Hong Kong

I knew CN was merged with China Unicom, but the stock was not be able
traded for 2 weeks, then today, it disapeared from scottrade list, all
my money with this stock is gone? Where it goes? Any idea?

Right, China Unicom is buying Netcom with stock, giving Netcom ADR
holders a fraction more than 3 to 1 for their stock. That means
Netcom's value is now tied directly to Unicom's stock value.
China Telecom has to buy its potion of Unicom's CDMA business for $16

I bought China Network on news of the acquisition. There was some
speculation that China Unicom was paying too much for China Netcom. If
that is the case, usually the price of Unicom will fall and Netcom
will rise. The interesting part was that Netcom went south too by 13
