The reorganization forces China Mobile to offer services in the
shrinking fixed-line market and may increase competition in its main
wireless operations. China Telecom and China Netcom will begin
offering mobile-phone services by acquiring parts of Unicom, analysts
at UBS AG and Credit Suisse Group have speculated.

I personally think CN will hit 75 before the end of the year. With
the Telefonica investment and the upcoming Olympics CN has huge upside
for 2008. I think now is the time to get in. I had originally bought
back in June and still find myself buying. Ive bought both around the
40' and 50's and now find myself buying in these low 60's. For those

comparing to CHA, CN's price is low. The background of CHA and CN are
almost the same. I am now workiing at China Telecom and the company is
waiting for its 3G license. I know CN will also have a 3G license if
CHA has one. I bought CN rather than CHA because CHA jumps from 50 to
90 but CN is 45 to 67 now. I see it at 80!
