I am also thinking for short term players although I have no plan to
sell SVA in the near future (because SVA has a few intentions
mentioned during its interview with Chinese reporters last month).

Within next one month, there could be a price spiking if some media
use the word "order" to report SVA's latest big assignment or another

Forget about SVA until news or about three weeks before earnings.
This is just the Great Manipulator taking advantage of Dubai to scare
away more small traders.

Being honest though SVA should be back up by the end of the day....SVA
is not a bank and shouldn't be affect this huge...currently it shows

It's really unfortunate that after such a good day on Wednesday, we
immediately pull back in pre-market to $7.10 (-6.5%)

Looks like the entire stock market is bleeding heavily today.

Sinovac is also about to release its Animal Rabies Vaccine which is a
vero cell cultured vaccine.
Perhaps the new venture is to be utilised for that production line?

Depends if the new factory with its extra production capacity was
taken into consideration and made known to the relevant authorities.
If so, SVA could cope with a 10m-15m order, if not it will be nearer
the 5m area.

Sorry, you are right. the estimated new order will be total 18.065
million doses for SVA. I am expecting that 600 million will be placed
in Q4, with a total of 17.49 million doses to be included in f09, and
remaining of 12.065 million doses to be in Q1 2010.

If the information you have pasted is correct, the new order will be
for 18.065m making a total of 29.555m ordered, not a new order of 29m
doses!

Sinovac Dalian's development pipeline is expected to be comprised of
vaccines for rabies, mumps, varicella, and rubella. The Dalian-based
facility has a designed annual manufacturing capacity of 20 million
