Why has this stocks performace been slowly eroding over the last week
(not including the 5%+ dip today)?  Though revenues didnt meet
expectations in Q1 2009, they didnt go in the red by any means, and
their balance sheet looks great.  There in and industry that looks to
explode as China's urban presence grows exponentially, even when
compared to its overall expanding population. Target analysts placing
the stock at 13.50 for 1 year time frame Though that may high
consdering missed revenue estimate, its still seems like this stock is
a strong buy at anything under 6.00 or so, especialy considering that
they just got awarded a nice little goverment contract...yet it
continues to stall/decline.

I'd would lover to hear from anyone wiser than me (which is orobably
many of you guru's :) ) on why this stock's performance seems to be
tanking relative to other movers and shakers with the same room to run
(like CDII...today up 20% as of this writing).
