I believe  one  major  criteria  for  stock  picking  must  be  the
intention of  a  company  to  upgrade  its  listing  to  NASDAQ/AMEX.
This  way  the  investors  can  easier  trust  it. Does  anybody
know  whether  CTFO  plans  to upgrade  its  listing  soon  like
IFSG  or  EVGY ?
