It looks almost certain that the new notes issuance is merely debt
refinancing. With balance sheet set to look leaner once this is completed successfully along with the cash at her disposal (and lets not forget the NNA setup), oil rigs would just be the icing on the cake. It may further increase the complexity of their already complex business model but it would be perceived well by the market. You must Sign in before you can post messages.
