Re: Undervalued by factor 2

Thanks Animecel

I agree of course. In my initial calculations I havn´t included
anything at all from OneNet division. If they add to TechFaith overall
earnings and EPS for second quarter gets beyond 0.06 USD/Share it´s
even more undervalued. (earnings release 08/18-2009)

But we must not forget that in may 2005 TechFaith was a company with
1300 employees. Today 700.

I have tried to find out how many of those dedicated to OneNet, to
make a more reliable guess on eventually effect on eanings but without
succes. In their latest report
http://ir.techfaithwireless.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=189668&p=irol-newsArt...
they have a number of 400 employess dedicated to TechFaith, but I
guess its a simple mistake. (Then 300 should be in Leo Technology
Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TechFaith containing OneNet
division - But I cannot find out for sure).

But if so its a huge gamble from TechFaith dedicating 300 out of 700
to this side of the business. They starting to add significantly to
earnings stock will surge wildly.
Anyway 2. quarter earnings and especially Defu Dongs outlook will be
extreemly exiting.
