I read about 3 weeks ago that the CEO of SINA said that he would have
all the approvals in place by the end of the month.  Well the end of
the month is near.  If the deal doesn't go through this stock will
probably go to $4 /share in a hurry.  If it goes through it is going
to around $11/share in a hurry.  I'm betting that it will go through.
Good luck to everyone that is betting the same way.

I am a little confused... If the deal goes thru, doesn't FMCN loose a
rather large chuck of their assests?  The Stock drop would drop no?

yes, but SINA (now $27) will issue 47M shares which will be
distributed to FMCN shareholders.
