Whether the merger happens or not, FMCN is so cheap and should be
recover due to China recovery (80% higher in Shanghai index). Second,
under the circumstances, SINA loves to merge and Chinese gov will
approve to show their high class of economy leader citizen

According to DoNews, Charles Chao told media that the case for SINA/
FMCN merger is not yet booked by the Chinese regulatory agency for
approval. No development so far.

Basically, I interpret this comment as, Jason Jiang lied to you guys

Given Shanghai index went up ~60% for 2009, and China eco is
improvement - FMCN will be profit and SINA/FMCN will happen based the
price in Dec.2008 which was the worst time in the stock market. With
that being said, SINA will gain a lot benefit to merge. I am
projecting FMCN ~ $13-15/share in 3 months
