1) Consider the spread between short and long term yields. The risk
premium is too low. Many stocks have fallen 50% or more (some 75% +)
this is supportive to stocks in general.

2) Many are convinced that stocks will fall again. This will likely
support stocks as they are weak shorts and will continue to have to
cover.

3) Everywhere and everybody is saying "how bad things are". Things are
never as bad as they appear, nor as good as they look.

Stocks are going a lot higher and at every high shorts will have to
cover.
