The only way to get rid of these SPAM messages is to hijack the
threads, change the subject and start worthwhile discussions.

any reasons why the PE for CMED is showing such a large number on many
of the financial  websites?

do the math.

2008 EPS was $1.71.  $15 (current price) / $1.71 =  8.7 PE.
2009 EPS estimate is $2.12.  $15 (current price) / $2.12 = 7 PE.
2010 EPS estimate is $2.59.  $15 (current price) / $2.12 = 5.8 PE.

seems cheap to me.

Got these from E*Trade but I see that they are consistent with Yahoo
finance.
