I think personally trying to predict the direction of the dollar <br> carries a degree of risk, but i tend to lean towards BTs pov. I havnt <br> been trading gold because i dont believe in the underlying <br> fundamentals supporting pog. If anything i like owning the gdxj if <br> you have the capital to be tied up for a while.

So you don't buy into the US$ carry trade argument? My guess is that <br> the dollar continues to falter in a very controlled drop and gold <br> makes it to $1300 without breaking a sweat.
