This plan is designed to protect the company from being taken over.
However, the 5 us dollars exec price is so high that also means the
individual shareholders's rights was ignored and the share price will
never go up to 5 dollars.

What am I missing here? Net cash take away dept is $107 million.
Market value is $50 million. I am skeptical that the market value
translation is somehow wrong with the ADS calculation. Why not just
take the company private if that is the case?

Wow.. I just can't believe this. Am I paying 80 cents per 1$? They
have $120 million cash. Just pure cash, after very little liability.
But the market cap is just $100 million. Wow..Buying this stock now

Everything is ready. Personally, I can't see any thing not ready in
the 3G supply chain.
The choice of release is just the habit of the Gov't, like a person's
habit. If you Look thru the history of anouncing important policies in
China, You will find the clue....

I noticed google has a Q2 Earnings Release event posted for Aug 01,
2007, but the VIMC website doesn't show any upcoming events under the
Investors page. Does anyone know if the Aug 01 date is accurate, or
are they planning to postpone the Q2 earnings statement in addition to
the Q4 2006 and Q1 2007 earnings statements? Thanks.

heard that it has budgeted heavy investment on medical used ultrasound
manufacturing. Maybe it wants to evolve to another GE like diversified
company?
