What am I missing here? Net cash take away dept is $107 million.
Market value is $50 million. I am skeptical that the market value translation is somehow wrong with the ADS calculation. Why not just take the company private if that is the case? You must Sign in before you can post messages.

Wow.. I just can't believe this. Am I paying 80 cents per 1$? They
