Hi

Does anyone here have any idea on why this stock has lost nearly 50%
over the last month? there seems to be a major lack of news, good or
bad... and yet the stock keeps diving down.

I understand that they have cashed in some bonds and converted these
to some new shares, however if you add all these up they do not
justify the dillution of the SP to this level, does anyone know of any
other non publicised news that could be dragging this down from the
norm SP of 18 - 20p.
