Suntech Power Holdings (STP

) has agreed to invest RMB 8 billion to establish a three-phase 500MW
on-grid photovoltaic project in Panzhihua, Sichuan province, reports
Pacific Epoch. On June 26, Suntech Power (STP

) signed a framework agreement with the Panzhihua municipal government
in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, said the report. Hui Tong Credit Guaranty
and Taiwan-based Nanowin Technology have announced plans to invest a
