Patent Infringement. Not being granted a patent leaves GRC wide open
to patent infringement lawsuits considering how many microwave patents
have been issued that are still in-force, such as Patent #7,101,464

GRC should have submitted a prior art disclosure when they filed
instead of stringing it out over 18 months to hide all of the prior
art on the subject

A Canadian company, Exxadon, apparently owns the REAL patent,
developed by the late Dr. Emery. It is a quite detailed patent.

http://www.google.com/patents?vid=USPAT5507927

However, I can't find any news about these guys after 1996. Their
patent will expire 2013, plenty of time to hit GBRC with lawsuits.

I imagine they will settle for a licensing fee, since Exxadon got
caught building fake machines, even though they own the patent. I am
not convinced all is lost for GBRC yet, and apparently, others are
bullish, as we saw a recovery from a steep sell-off, and very high
volume today.

Thoughts?

Do the other patents work?  If they don't and GBRC's does, I am
wondering how this is really an infringement.

It is all about the patent claims legal lanquage in regards to being
granted a patent and patent infringement, it doesn't matter if one
works and the other doesn't.  Inventors have been patenting heating
tires with microwaves for a long time as I will be posting these
patents over the next few weeks for everyone to see.

Emery's patent was for controlled non-pyrolytic reduction of organic
material, but patent 4,052,265 is for pyrolytic conversion of organic
matter, pseudo-organic and inorganic materials into recoverable useful
compounds.  At least in my opinion, GRC is not doing anything novel as
pointed out by USPTO Office Action

Another well written patent, this one out of UK, is US patent
6,693,265 or PCT/GB00/02356.  I agree with you, B.T.Hand..., it
appears the USPTO got it right - I don't see any wiggle room in GRC
specifications.  One line simple claims never amount to anything
anyhow.  As I stated earlier, GRC should have filed their non-
disclosure at time of filing the patent.

I'll hold on to what I have.  I am counting on, despite the patent
infringement, GBRC  is the only one that has gotten this mircowave
crap to APPARENTLY to work where others have failed.  This being my
logic, I would think that there has to be something that GBRC is doing
right and this is worth some $.
