You're such a Loser.
I see you went to every message board that could be found and posted
two identical messages. And What's with the dramatics "Instead of
being threatened with a lawsuit for commenting"? This is the internet
you fool! Anyway, Go check GBRC's website and see if this is the first
time a company has had a bump in the road going through this process.

The USPTO has issued an Office Action for Global Resource Corp patent
application 11/610,823

Instead of being threatened with a lawsuit for commenting, why don't
you investors read the Office Action for yourself.  Go to
http://portal.uspto.gov/external/portal/pair  Type in the
verification
code, then type in 11/610,823  Under "Image File Wrapper" will be the
six page Office Action.

Why do investors invest in patent pending when there are plenty of
patented technologies in need of financing?

I think it was very nice of Proc to point this out, even if he is
short-selling  ;)

From GRC website: "Among other formal issues, the Office Action
alleges that the pending claims are non-patentable for being
"obvious"." http://globalresourcecorp.ir.stockpr.com/recent-news/detail/191

Ok, so 1 of the 37 denied claims of GRC's patent is microwaving in a
vacuum. Dr. Emery's patent talks about how a low pressurized system
increases yield and prevents resources from bleeding into the
surrounding atmosphere. I would concur with the Patent Office that
microwaving in a vacuum is blatently obvious and not sufficiently
different from existing patents.

Sorry, I just couldn't resist another post.
