I think it was very nice of Proc to point this out, even if he is
short-selling  ;)

From GRC website: "Among other formal issues, the Office Action
alleges that the pending claims are non-patentable for being

Ok, so 1 of the 37 denied claims of GRC's patent is microwaving in a
vacuum. Dr. Emery's patent talks about how a low pressurized system
increases yield and prevents resources from bleeding into the
surrounding atmosphere. I would concur with the Patent Office that
microwaving in a vacuum is blatently obvious and not sufficiently
different from existing patents.
