They went from 17k shares on 12/31 to 2.2 million shares on 3/31,
that's a huge change. With the prices between $20-24 for most of that
time frame, they have to be pretty happy about their investment.

I use vwo as proxy for the same mutual fund of Vanguard VEIEX I think,
cant 'short' or otherwise manipulate an index mutual fund dont think.
Emerging Markets are cloudy enough lol.

Incorrect, VWO is emerging markets
VV is representative to SP 500

Just to set the record straight.

VWO is the exact same thing as s&p500, but more extreme. Higher highs
and lower lows, but EXACTLY the same chart.

It's not a hedge against anything. It's a way to play the s&p 500
with bigger gains.

As far as I'm aware none of the countries listed here have a currency
pegged to the dollar.

The graph says that the price of VWO was $34 from Sept 18 to Nov 7.
