Better than Divx Connected but still DivX

If you haven't tried the Popcorn Hour A-100 then you don't know the
half of it. The DivX Connected Media Player depends on a optimal
Wireless connection and even then HD may be a problem. The Popcorn
Hour A-100 works great in spite of it's goofy name. Plays Divx
Content great. I know because I've got one.

I would contribute a lot of the recent downturn to DivX over-
stretching themselves into new areas, aka Stage6.com video sharing
network. That is over, the site is shut-down and they're now focusing
on what they do best, video encryption. Been a big fan of DivX
streaming video for years, cool to see "DivX Certified" tags popping

My goodness, this stock has lost some ground since the last time I
dumped it back in 2007. Either the hype is dead or the hedge funds
totally destroyed this stock, what the heck happened? Any thoughts?

All I keep seeing is Divx getting all sorts of contracts, all good
press, wider use of it. Yet it keeps going down down down. I'm still
pretty new to analyzing companies, can anyone help me here?

There's no other way to say it, DivX is on a roll in 2008 (that small
Stage6 stumble is already a fading memory). If support from Blu-ray
players and videogame consoles wasn't enough, DivX Certification has
snaked its long arm directly into HDTVs, with "over 80 models" from HP

Just some thoughts:

One point to think about with this stock is the Float. At 68.78% of
shares, any time something looks good or smells or seems funny, the
price can flare up or flop depending on the type of news. The
continued mediocre news of them getting another device loaded with the
Codec is not the type of news investors are looking for. If it means

I recently posted in a different discussion, that DivX claims (In its
Q4 revenue report) that this "Dilution" of stock price is strategic.
And as I said in the other discussion, If this is true. This strategy
has been going on for me than 4 Quarters. I agree with Adam on buying
