I am confused as to why the stock continues to decline even as DIVX
continues to beat their estimates, but in the long run the stock price
should start to move in line witht the fundamentals and increase.  The
bearish nature of the market in general has not been favaorable to
DIVX but in a longer term perspectinve DIVX should still be a worth
while investment
