Ok, I don't get why the stock was punished 37% just because they
borrowed a few million dollars.

To me, the temporary suspension of dividend is just more good news on
top of this, since now the capital gain upside is even greater.

My goal is now (besides praying) to look for a top to cash out and
wait for a pullback.

I just don't understand why the stock was punished nearly 40% for the
news I read over the past few days. Additionally I feel that oil and
natural gas are bottoming now. Look what happened to oil; up $10-$20
in the last few weeks. Natural gas can't be far behind either.

With the Dividend they normally pay.  At under $6 a share it might be
a good buy and hold.

The reason the stock was punished so hard was this bit of news.. Text
taken from trading times...

Ridgeland, MS, APR 20, 2009 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- BBEP |
Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- BreitBurn Energy Partners L.P.
(Nasdaq NM : BBEP | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) will host a
conference call regarding Results of Borrowing Base Redetermination,
Temporary Suspension of Distributions and Full Year 2009 Guidance.

OK... Temporary suspension of dividend distribution for the full year
2009.
I'm in this long... I'm still staying... and will buy more when it
goes lower, IMO this is not the bottom, but add this to the dozen divi
stocks I own that have dried up temporarily.
