Well, a few things:
1) You are correct, I have not been tracking it long term but I am
interested. My biggest holding is LINE, which is up 90% since October
if I net in dividends. It saved my ass frankly.
2) My portfolio is even for last 12 months, though unfortunately it is
more volatile than it was due to having to pull cash into stocks.

Lol, the same can be said for virtually every company in the market.
What I'm saying is, you know NOTHING of this company nor the reason
why the dividend was cut. You use words as "desperate" but we both

Most well run companies wont wipe out a 1/3 of their capitalization in
a day if they are not desperate. Nor cash future assets to boost
current ratios... Let me put it to you a different way, this one down
50% since October. Unnamed quality MLP up 70% including dividends

LOL, just this statement shows u didn't even read anything about the
company. The dividend suspension was a hardball move with KWK. They
could increase the debt max (alhtough at a high interest rate) and
still be below the 90% requirements and continue to yield divys.

Lets see, revenue down, they are cashing future hedges for current
income, cant get money without wiping out dividend. See you @ 4.07 ,
takeover in 2010 @ 6. So many better companies to be in right now.
Without their hedges they would be a blank spot.

Or until oil and gas prices rise, giving their future production
higher value, which will raise their debt limit again.

This is clearly undervalued due to yield investors overselling it on
the dividend news. I thought that it was a good buy at $7, though I am
pretty new to investing.
