aggressive development in Ordos, Inner mongolia, China. the site of
FSLR's latest solar farm project. Turns out the 5-year construction
has created an empty city with the capacity for one million residents:

Not a new company, just new as publicly traded. They have 5 plants
running including a new one in Malaysia. They will follow the growth
wherever it leads.

worried though about a trend reversal in the dollar that could butcher

Dollar strengthens:

Overall market pulls back
Oil falls to 65-70$
Energy stocks pull back heaviest
All companies that rely on overseas revenue pull back very heavily.

I think FLSR is just a perfect stock for traders - it bounces up when
it gets close to $100 and falls on a whisper when it starts getting up

analysts aren't too favorable on FSLR right now anyway. (2.59/5) With

Yes, massively overvalued. The markets themselves are extremely
overvalued, as is the sector, and within that melieu First Solar is
15x on decreasing numbers and decreasing market advantage (if it can
even be said to still enjoy an advantage).

Historically anything above 10x is rich and due to correct in time.

Huge volatility in price over the last 6 months on fairly minor
pricing concerns amidst good margins. Also analysts tend to be full of
praise in unison one month and totally back-track the next. With
pricing concerns and subsidies being par for the course, it's easy
fodder for manipulation.
