I see that GHS has dropped below 1. At what point does it risk being

for every 10 shares you have now you will get 5 new shares. Problem is
Wachovia/ Fortress have the debt and may decide they want to issues preferred shares to themselves or something very creative; then we are all diluted. The directors have postponed their meeting several times and the company has no stated dividend policy so they will probably play the GM game. But that isn't that bad; look at GM; their shares are up substantially since they eliminated their dividend. This QTR's numbers will tell how bad their CF is and then the directors will need to make that decisions. The small markets they are in should be able to weather the storm better than the metros but unless they get an internet strategy for their classifieds, they are in deep trouble.
