Subject: What the bailout means to Gatehouse
With the passing of the bailout, high debt companies like GHS may be
on the sales block. Lee Enterprises and Gannett could help the ailing GHS with cash and downsizing of management. thoughts? You must Sign in before you can post messages.

I sincerely hope they trim management, as an employee of a small town
newspaper scooped up by them a few years ago, we have watched them throw money into equipment we didn't need and consolidate offices, and keep the pay scale at minimum with part time employees. We are still profitable, but money goes to corporate.... You must Sign in before you can post messages.
