I think a lot of the sentiment lies with the Chinese economy in
general. It will be very interesting to see if China pulls the world
out the recession vs the US. It could mark a substantial change in
fiscal power if this happens. Quite a bit of what we're seeing is
linked to a drastically slowing Chinese economy, and this means that
it will take more than a couple of years to see it return to >5%
growth/year.

Honestly, this stock couldn't be more of a steal. Their position in
the Chinese market going forward is great. Telecom growth and
infrastructure expansion in China in the next few years should be
stellar, and Fushi is the industry leader in bimetallics. With an
endorsement from Warren Buffet, I can't imagine how this stock has
continued to slip. Good news for the greedy I suppose.

What exactly did you expect to happen with a world economy such as we
have today?
Right now is the time to invest money on the low cost stocks, and hold
'em for long term.  If you plan to short stocks, expect to lose,
because the market is far too volatile right now.  This is the time to
buy and hold. Eventually markets will rebound, slowly, and money will
be made.

Secondly, don't use a stock picking service. Christ!  Learn about the
stock market, and how it works.  Learn how to read financial
statements.  Learn to understand business concepts, then make your own
judgments on companies.  Sure use stock picking services to give you
an idea of where to look, but NEVER invest just because some website
told you to.  That's bad business, and you'll forever lose in the
stock market if you play that game.

yah right!! do you think this is good investment? i would wait for
this stock to go to 16 and then i would buy a lot. i think this stock
could go down more because of the resignation of the COO of the
company. usually when a member of the board resigns without good
justification, it's a sign that there is something wrong with the
company. i would wait to see what's going on with this company. if
this company is doing everything right, i would wait until it becomes
a bargain again!!

I agree it is a discount.  I also see the growth potential.  Revenues
are growing steadily.  But, their margins are being squeezed,
operating income is in trouble.  Do you think they can manage to
overcome this?  Also, recievables are negative and inventories are in
a surplus.  What do you think?  I'm just looking at the statements. I
am a new investor, so let me know how to read this.
