I think a lot of the sentiment lies with the Chinese economy in
general. It will be very interesting to see if China pulls the world out the recession vs the US. It could mark a substantial change in fiscal power if this happens. Quite a bit of what we're seeing is linked to a drastically slowing Chinese economy, and this means that it will take more than a couple of years to see it return to >5% growth/year.
