- good earning
- short squeeze
- education is recession proof industry
- CFO was on CNBC 2 days ago

That said, P/E is a little high. I would wait for it to fall a little
and get in.

I have friends working in Garment industries in the US.  One of them
goes to China every quarter. He told me that the the economic is very
bad there compare with last year.  I rally don't think that the
China's Eco growth will be as high as their gov't predicted.

I don't believe that education is recession proof stuff in China
because Chinese government do not pay for the tuition like US.  How
can they pay for the very expense (in China) tutition  when they can't
even pay for their daily needs?

Also, there is something wrong (mostly they want to push their stock
up) when they appears on TV to promotes their stocks.  This is also
may caused temporary up and the stock and then goes straight down.

example: chk, nyx in Madmoney
ge in cnbc couple of times

The high p/e also is ridiculous,  should I  short or long ?  I would
like to short it if it's goes up to $65.00.  Why do you guys think?

Apparently, you don't really understand Chinese. Each year, when you
see more and more Chinese students go abroad for better education, you
know Chinese students are paying tuition for English and TOEFL/GMAT/
GRE,etc. For a lot of Chinese students, going aborad are their dreams,
they will take whatever they can to study abroad. That is what EDU is
counting for.

And you might be right that Chinese eco is worsen because of what
happen in U.S., but as market stablize, which is currently happening,
emerging market will pick up sooner or later. I won't say Chinese
people is struggling with their daily need now. They might not buy
luxury car as they used to several years before, but for education and
English, they won't even hestitate to spend their money.

And now is the dump time.  It just doesn't make sense for this high p/
e.

well, looks like keiwonm.. pump and dump is the correct prediction.
Sure, for Chinese education is #1, but when you have no money or less
money, something has got to give. #1 is still food and shelter abover
all else. I know that sounds crude, but China is less developed than
the US. The Chinese economy is not anywhere near stabilizing. Heck,
the biggest domino, the USSA is still wobbling. And remember, the US
has had over 100 years of stock market boom bust, and depressions,
stagnation, high inflation etc.... China is still new at it, and their
first test is now coming up. It will not look pretty for the novice,
nor is it looking pretty for the 100 year pro.
