I think after the disappointing quarterly earnings, we will see
further erosion in EDU shares.  This may spill over into other
education names such as STRA and CPLA.  While the stock is off
significantly from its high, the valuation is still robust and value
players are not likely to buy at this time.  At the same time,
momentum players do not want to hold the name any more.  The
fundamentals are solid (company is growing and making money) but they
do not justify the stock price.

There is way out of this mess; check out the latest news on NED and
look at it's valuation. At current price NED offers a huge upside
potential. I am cutting my losses with EDU and buying NED in the hope
of a big recovery.

NED has trouble in China. Check out its ads problems and product
problems. You should be careful.
