What happened to this stock?  There has been no discussion on this
board since November 18, 2008.  Volume is pathetic and a NASDAQ
listing seems like a faint dream at this point.  Is anyone still long
on this stock?

Was there a significantly better stock purchase or investment vehicle
that has better future growth potential than this one?  I can
understand the frustration with the stock price, but as long as the
revenue and profit growth continues on its current track, I am
unconcerned with my investment other than to use the downturn to get
more stock at a cheap price.

Yesterday they announced a 2:1 reverse stock split. They are doing
this to list the shares on the NASDAQ.

Where are you seeing this?  I haven't seen any news release for this.
I googled it and can't find any reference either.

Subject: Re: Is this stock dead?
Well a Bank of America savings account has outperformed this stock
since I first purchased shares in July 07.  Everyone keeps talking
about dollar cost averaging, but that does not mean jack if the share
price only goes down.  I purchased this stock with a 5-10 year
horizon, but it seems like day after day the stock is going down and
it cannot establish a bottom whatsoever.  So in five months I will be
at the two year mark and if the stock stays stagnant I will be at a
whopping -65% return.  How long do you hold onto a poor performer
before you sell?  What if I wait eight more years and still never turn
a profit?  I think many of the investors in this stock are struggling
with those thoughts, as there has not been a sign of life in some
time.

Yes, they keep increasing revenue and profit, but no one seems to care
and more importantly, no one seems to want to hold on to these shares
for the long term.  Their Investor Relations is horrible and is
obviously not doing much in terms of disseminating quality information
or persuading institutional investors to invest.  I emailed Ashley
MacFarlane and i...@naturalgaschina.com for information regarding the
possibility of a NASDAQ listing.  First thing I got was an error as
the i...@naturalgaschina.com account was not working.  Great!  Then I
received an email from Ms. MacFarlane, which was essentially dribble
and provided me zero guidance.  Thanks!  CHNG.OB management has been
talking about getting listed for as long as I can remember.  The fact
that SNEN beat them to it says something about CHNG.OB’s management
and their inability to get things across the goal line.  One year ago,
I am sure most people on this board would have predicted the stock at
$10+ a share by now.  Just for kicks, I would love to hear people's
predictions as to when this stock will hit $5 let alone $10.  Again, I
am just a frustrated investor, who just wishes that others would see
the opportunity that I once saw in this company and that the
management would get in gear.

The record date is on feb 2, and the 2:1 reverse split will occur
within 20 days from feb 3. At $5 a share the company will be able to
list on the Nasdaq.

I am bit new to this. If the company does a 2:1 reverse split, and I
buy after the record date, say a 1000 share, will I still have a 1000
share at whatever the new price is after the reverse split?

Subject: Re: Is this stock dead?
The record date actually has no meaning.  The record date is used when
the stock market was still dealing with paper stock certificate.  The
main date you concern  is ex-split date (just like the ex-dividend
date).  If you own the stock on ex-date, then you are entitled to the
split.  So, if you don't want to own the reverse-split shares, you
should wait after the ex-date before buying.  Then on the ex-date, the
share price will be adjusted reflecting the split.  In other words,
the price will be doubled on ex-date. Hope this help.  However, I
don't know  where the reverse-split news comes from.  So, don't count
on it.  On a different note, I do believe CHNG has a good potential as
a natural gas company for long-term investment. If you plan to hold it
for a few years, then by all means invest some.  Always remember to
diversify.  So, CHNG should be a part of your portfolio.  No stocks
should be more than 10% of your entire portfolio for diversification
purposes.  Hope this help.
