Subject: Chng and SNEN
I'm looking for a little guidance here......I've been into SNEN pretty
heavy for over a year or so........and have been following CHNG, as I
think both these companies have a very bright future and a great
opportunity to be very successful......I've watched them both perform,
and the reason I've only bought shares in SNEN, aside from their
business outlook, is it just seems they have a management team that is
much more focused on what they want to do, which usually comes from a
more professionally done business plan, with talented people to
execute same.....for example.....the "Early Chistmas Present from
Wuhan City".......it really wasn't a "present".....their management
group is very focused on working with all the local govts where they
are planning or building stations......they have put together
strategic JV's to solidify their supply, organized key investor groups
to inject capital, have hired people who have the knowledge and know
how to work the system in China, brought on a "first tier" accountig
group (E&Y) to do their accounting.......personnel example>>>brought
in a key officer from one of China's top banks as CFO.......and a key
Gov't exec to handle their station approval process.........

Here's my point....I don't see CHNG doing the same things......Snen
made it onto the Nasdaq with some very saavy financial moves.....I
really think CHNG should be ahead of where they are.....and I think
their management needs to be a lot stronger in execution and possibly
talent.......I want to buy, but these concerns are making me
hesitate......what do you guys think?.........
thanks for any guidance........

I would buy when you hear anything about them increasing their amount
of common stock to fund their lng or when they do get listed other
then that just wait. There is nothing wrong with this company it has
great potential and will continue to exceed expectations even if their
stock doesnt for a bit longer. By the way i assume since youve been
following this company so you should know that they expect to get
listed sometime before november or at least around there. If they do
and the price doesnt increase sell and use your money elsewhere or you
might get bored.

I agree in part.  The company has great potential and the Chinese
government will continue to support using clean energy.  CHNG is
expanding, and any stock issuance can help fund the expansion.  It is
true that if the stock does not go up after listed on NASDAQ, the
stock may not go up as much.  But giving the fundamental, the company
will keep growing for the next 5-10 years.  I will buy it for 3-5
years holding.  I know invest18.com follows the stock closely.  I get
some info there also.

I just read an excellent article about China Natural Gas (CHNG.OB)
potential in SeekingAlpha.  Check it out.
