um yes and no its actually sort of irrelevant when it comes to china.
see china controls the prices of all the gas etc so unless they raise
the prices this will trade in a range. the reason you are right
thought is that it pressures china to do it from other countries the
reason your wrong is that if they raise the price oil will go down its
sort of a loop really point is you want them to raise the prices and
should wait only till then except for when they announce earnings and
when they get listed on the nasdaq. really great stock aims to be
number one in china buy it now while its cheap!!
