Subject: Reverse Stock Split
Can anyone shed light on the reverse stock split that is being
discussed in CHNG's 1Q09 statement? I am a novice trader and trying to
learn. I understand that the shares we hold in the U.S. have not
undergone the reverse split, which means that in the near future, I
will own half the shares I've purchased under the CHNG.OB. But what
are the financial ramifications of enacting a reverse split? Will this
move make the stock less desirable for investors, particularly large
investors who may consider this stock for inclusion into mutual funds?

CHNG is doing it to as part of their plan to be listed on the NASDAQ
exchange. This will greatly increase trading volume and the reporting
requirements to be listed will bring some credibility to their awesome
income statements and balance sheets.
