From Hong Kong, tracking things in China.  Western analysts and
investors see numbers, we see links and process.   Cost of oil
importing and transportation to inner China is way too high.  Instead,
inner China has rich natural gas deposits, so government favors the
use non-oil to modernize western China.   CHNG is the only private
firm to distribute and sell natural gas in western region.  CHNG has
several kinds of business.  It merged a company to modify cars to use
both gasoline and natural gas.  It provides compressed natural gas and
pump stations for such hybrid cars.  It provides natural gas for
comercial and residential use though its own pipelines.  It also
merged some gasoline stations and purchased 5 semi trucks to ship gas
and compressed natural gas to where its pipelines have not reached.
This means the delay of a new station has little impact to its
earning.  Profit of latest quarter is after all those merging and
construction.  CHNG has huge potential.

Poured over the report. Non of the fundamentals have changed on this
company. I bought and held position for 2years + recently spooked on
macro-economic news and sold at 12+. Monday's 30% drop--- invariably
leaked earning strongly exacerbated by others who sold for fear of
unkown.

Glad to see the company is still projecting steady growth. I see no
reason to view this recent report as anything other then a short-term
blip on earnings per share.

A bargin at 10 or do others have a different take? Thanks

Interesting, as calvin said, 8 p/e ratios is literally a steal. I dont
seem to understand what the deal was, to be honest their report was
pretty good, minus a decrease in net income but that is solely
attributed to the fact that they purchased another natural gas
company. and their outlook remains the same, a 15-20% growth yoy...buy
as much as you can, when this stock actually becomes properly noticed
and the price reflects a proper market value, we will be in the
50s...i have followed this stock since 2007, and its soon going to be
a big player in the chinese market.

This U.S. company is betting big for its future in China.  Gas
stations in China often run out of gasoline due to explosive number of
cars, so natural gas hybrid car conversion and more pump stations from
CHNG will have great potential.
