I bought this stock right before the trading was suspended. anyone
else stuck with this stock and can't take their money out?

I have joined the Class Action Lawsuit, in order for the case to move
foward a lead plaintiff needs to be appointed!

I would like to join the class action. Which company do I need to
contact? The Brualdi Law Firm, P.C. or Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld &
Toll, P.L.L.C?

Do we need to pay if we loss?

go to http://www.rosenlegal.com/
click join a class action on left

then click on the right individual investors and fill everything out.

A Lead plaintiff needs to be appointed to represent the "class" all
the law companies involved essentially come together to represent the
class.
Usually a lead plaintiff is someone that loss like $25,000. Has to be
a decent amount of cash. Once they have that it moves forward.

I loss 20K, not sure if it's considered decent amount.

Also, I just wondering if we loss the lawsuit. Do I have to pay all
the legal fee?

I dont think anyone pays anything. I spoke to one of the lawers and
they said that everyone is part of the class, I believe they only get
paid if the class wins. If I were you I would contact one of the law
companies and tell them your position, $20k may fly.
