I have joined the Class Action Lawsuit, in order for the case to move
foward a lead plaintiff needs to be appointed! You must Sign in before you can post messages.

Joined the class action lawsuit earlier this week. Not expecting much
to happen, but as bevarg said, nothing to lose. You must Sign in before you can post messages.

A Lead plaintiff needs to be appointed to represent the "class" all
the law companies involved essentially come together to represent the class. Usually a lead plaintiff is someone that loss like $25,000. Has to be a decent amount of cash. Once they have that it moves forward. You must Sign in before you can post messages.

I dont think anyone pays anything. I spoke to one of the lawers and
they said that everyone is part of the class, I believe they only get paid if the class wins. If I were you I would contact one of the law companies and tell them your position, $20k may fly. You must Sign in before you can post messages.
