I dont think anyone pays anything. I spoke to one of the lawers and
they said that everyone is part of the class, I believe they only get
paid if the class wins. If I were you I would contact one of the law
companies and tell them your position, $20k may fly.

A Lead plaintiff needs to be appointed to represent the "class" all
the law companies involved essentially come together to represent the
class.
Usually a lead plaintiff is someone that loss like $25,000. Has to be
a decent amount of cash. Once they have that it moves forward.

concerns and enlighten the potential investors, i think. I
think the individual investors have limited cash resources
so we can not buy everything. We have a watch list and
we pick the most undervalued stocks (like small P/E etc.)
