Don't agree.
JJ is a controlled by a state-owned enterprise. SOE generally can't
compete on
service&productivity.
Though JJ is much better than the average SOE, I dont think it is as
good as the
best private company.
If JJ's price is attractive, (e.g. much lower PE, PEG), I will also buy
some.
