Well, it appears that you guys will actually exist as of 12/31/09, so
for that I give you a hearty round of applause.  That said, you must
be kicking yourselves every day of the week that you cannot manage to
generate any serious revenue with your bloated cost structure.  You
need to pull out a $5-8M 3Q09 top line.  It needs to be followed-up
with a big $8-12M 4Q09.  Your burn rate is just embarrassing.  Are the
three caballeros breathing fire at this point?

I am amused how you pitch this company as an "experiment".  You guys
have serious stones......
