Solar ($49M) caused dumping of shares by small investors. Just one
month later, on 04/14/08, Monday, TSL announced they cancelled the
deal. But, share price started fly on Friday, 04/11/08, amid dow's 256
point crash, one business day before the announcement. Does anybody
know a good litigation attorney who can protect us from
this mean practice ? "

mean practice.... what kind of idiot are you?.. and anyone with
intelligence would not have dumped the stock with announcement of the
deal.. it was a good deal.. it was ensuring supply..    besides that
the market hit an all time low on that day.. everything was sold
off..panic hit a high that day.. .. seriously.. do your research
before you throw out these ludicrious statements...
