  The rise in institutional ownership is definitely a good sign. It &lt;br&gt; shows that the bigger players are starting to take notice. i&#39;m &lt;br&gt; optimistic it will rise eventually as well, i&#39;m just at a loss as to &lt;br&gt; why it has declined so much.

  I have no clue, but I think with consistently good cash flows and a &lt;br&gt; consistently good ROE, in the long run shares of WATG will appreciate &lt;br&gt; substantially as the business continues to grow. That&#39;s just an &lt;br&gt; uneducated opinion though.
