  TCM is a very bad stock and very bad management. The plan to &lt;br&gt; repurchase all the stock outstanding early this year is a conspiracy, &lt;br&gt; it just helped MER to run away from the price range 8 - 10 .You will &lt;br&gt; find Merrill Lynch no more in its list of shareholders. MER once owned &lt;br&gt; over 10 million shares. What a trick.

  I recommend to be patient. A company trading below cash that also is &lt;br&gt; profitable (even after being hit through adverse circumstances) will &lt;br&gt; eventually come back.

  I mainly spread my capital in HFGB( Huifeng) , RHGP (Renhuang), &lt;br&gt; CKGT (Cactus) &amp;amp; GUPR (Guilin). All are very undervalued with P/ &lt;br&gt; E less than 5 but I strongly recommend you to read their &lt;br&gt; quarterly reports as well and do your own dd to verify it. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I also concur with your approach about the investing

  TCM right now has a PE of 9. That is insanely low for a company of &lt;br&gt; this quality. Even though we are in the middle of a down-trend of the &lt;br&gt; whole market, this thing will return to the 11-12 range within a &lt;br&gt; month. Great chance to make 20-30%! It is a no-brainer.
